Privacy and data use

Version: 7 September 2026. Applies to this website and its inquiry form.

Controller and contact

Solar Recycling SpA. info@solarrecycling.cl. Project in La Negra, Antofagasta, Chile.

Information we receive

We receive the information you enter: name, company, email, optional phone, inquiry type, optional panel details, timeline and message. When the arrival URL includes UTM campaign tags, we record source, medium and campaign with the inquiry. We also store the submission date, reference, language and consent version.

How we use information

We use this information to assess your needs, respond and follow up on that conversation. We may produce aggregated demand statistics without identifying individuals. The form does not subscribe you to email campaigns or authorize the sale of your data. A submission is not a contract, quotation or confirmation of collection or treatment.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored on this website’s hosting infrastructure, with management access restricted to the authorized administrator. Form data is also transmitted to FormSubmit to notify Solar Recycling by email and to Google Workspace for email reception. Technology providers supporting hosting and storage may process data outside Chile. We will not share identifiable details with a prospective waste manager or collaborator without coordinating with you, except where legally required.

Retention and your rights

We retain inquiries for the time needed to respond and follow up. The initial policy is to review inactive inquiries after 24 months for deletion or anonymization, unless retention is required or a relationship remains active. You may request information, access, correction or deletion, or withdraw your authorization by emailing the address above. We will verify identity proportionately before acting.

Cookies and measurement

This version does not include Google Analytics, Google Ads or session recording. Hosting and authentication may use technical mechanisms needed to operate and protect the site. If measurement or advertising tools are added, this information will be updated and appropriate consent controls configured.

Reference framework

Processing must comply with applicable Chilean law. Law 21,719 takes effect on 1 December 2026. This policy and operating procedures must be reviewed before that date and before adding new data uses. Source: Chilean Library of Congress.
